The Frontier Inn and Casino in Bethlehem has been awarded the prestigious Established Tourism SMME Award by the Free State Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs in a high profile ceremony on 29 September 2010.

The awards, launched in 2009, are designed to acknowledge provincial tourism businesses for their contribution in the growth and development of the tourism industry and provide a platform to showcase tourism products. The two categories for the awards are the Emerging Tourism SMME Awards and Established Tourism SMME Awards. Ten nominees were carefully selected with the winners from both categories pocketing R15 000.

Frontier Inn and Casino was awarded the Established Tourism SMME Award much to the delight of General Manager Anthony Oliver. "We are honoured to have been selected as winner in the Established Tourism SMME Award. Frontier Inn and Casino endeavours to provide excellent service and accommodation to all our guests. These awards will also contribute immensely to the success of provincial government's initiatives such as "Discover the Free State, Your Free State Campaign", as we will, through them, showcase what the province has to offer for all travellers but domestic travellers in particular."

As the resort gears up to their fourth birthday in November 2010, an array of spectacular special offers are available for all to enjoy. Escape to the beauty of Frontier Inn and Casino in the charming Free State town of Bethlehem this summer to experience a home away from home.
