Afrikaans musical finds a home at Emperors Palace

Stuur Groete aan Mannetjies Roux, the highly anticipated Afrikaans musical drama, will be performed at the Theatre of Marcellus from 7 to 24 July. Conceptualised and co-produced by the talented Chris Torr, produced by Johan Badenhorst and directed by Paul Eilers, the production is a moving story of intrigue and self-discovery.
With musical director, Clinton Zerf at the helm, the production is set against the backdrop of a Karoo farm where household name, Laurika Rauch takes the audience on a wonderful journey as she performs her most popular songs. “Stuur Groete aan Mannetjies Roux is a definite highlight on this year’s cultural calendar and should not be missed,” says Emperors Palace Entertainment Manager, Andi Shaughnessy.
The show will be performed from 7 – 24 July, Wednesdays to Saturdays at 20h00 and Sundays at 15h00.
