From each restaurant that I’ve worked at, I have taken a piece of wisdom which has helped me become the creative chef I am today,” says Pillay.
“I am thrilled to be a part of the Peermont team. Aurelia’s is a prestigious fine dining masterpiece and I am honoured to be here. I cannot wait to bring some old classics with a hint of new flavours to the exciting menu,” says Pillay.
