Culinary gem at Graceland now has new a la carte menu

The best kept secret in Secunda has been discovered! The elegant New Orleans themed restaurant, the Blue Bayou at Graceland Hotel Casino and Country Club is now an uncovered jewel in the culinary realm of Secunda.

The elegantly themed restaurant, offers a tranquil relaxed atmosphere and delicious cuisine which fits any pocket. Decorated in warm earth tones which complement the natural light that showers the room, this intimate restaurant provides fine dining in a relaxed environment.  

Above the beautiful surrounds, the new a la carte menu recently introduced to the restaurant is deemed as an experience for all food enthusiasts. 

Clinton Perumal, Food and Beverage Manager at Graceland says, “The new flavours the menu brings to Blue Bayou is of gastronomical proportions. It combines the feel of the American Deep South with a truly South African flavour, with so much to choose from!”  

Monday to Sunday, diners can indulge in sumptuous meals; tantalizing highlights include the crispy pickled Eisbein and the mouthwatering Fillet Carpet Bagger. Other additional choices are the Slow Roasted Lamb Shank and Braised Oxtail with Butter Beans.
“Our dishes are made with fresh ingredients and flavoursome herbs, providing our diners with a culinary experience they will not forget,” says Perumal.
